It’s difficult to preach ethical and environmentally sound in a Diesel Bus, but we promise our heart is definetly in it… We probably only do a few thousand miles a year in BOB so although his impact is there, it isn’t as bad as it could be, also there is something to be said for recycling an old vehicle and getting the full use of it: Trust us, as soon as we can afford an eBOB, it’ll happen…

Our takeaway containers are recyclable, biodegradable or made from vegetable plastic (i.e. not actual plastic) - It costs more, but in the long run we hope you appreciate it…

Our menus are seasonal; we don’t use anything out of season or relying on overseas import unless there is no option at all…

We are both Vegetarians, not those preachy, smug & annoying ones, those ones who are happy to just be doing our bit. That’s why 75% of our menu is plant based, not only that, we source everything we can from as locally as possible, this means it a more ardours task prepping as we have to make everything from scratch, but we think its worth it. Don’t get us wrong, we still cook with meat, but we give a s*%t where that meat comes from and we pay the supplier we get it from fairly - Basically we don’t barter, if they tell me thats the price: its the price we pay…
